Offer Details:
The offer will be a choice of the following when you attend a sales presentation at our sales gallery in Tokyo; 30,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points per couple or 3-night stay at Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club. The offer will be a choice of the following when you attend our online sales presentation; 20,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points per couple.

Single customers who meet the income requirement are welcome in which case the offer will be 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points or 3-night stay at Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club for attending a sales presentation at our sales gallery (or other location where available, please inquire) or 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points for attending an online presentation. All presentations must be reserved in advance.

This offer is valid for three (3) nights complimentary stay at the Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club in an island view guest room for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 8 years old. This offer is eligible to guests who have attended a sales presentation of the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan only. This offer is not available for Marriott Vacation Club Owners and Members. Limited to one voucher per household. This offer is not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or Marriott Bonvoy^® benefits. This complimentary stay must be completed within 10 months from Date of Issue (subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation). This offer is valid for reservations made within 60 days from Date of Issue. No reservations will be accepted for travel after Expiration Date. This offer is non-extendable beyond the Expiration Date. No choosing of room type, room floor, room view and tower. No request for additional room. Extra nights will be $249 per room per night, subject to applicable taxes. Extra nights will be capped at 2-nights. Cribs are not permitted in the room. No Marriott Bonvoy Points can be used or will be earned during the stay. The retail value of the accommodation is up to US$1,125 for 3 nights. A US$99 fee is chargeable per change if guests reschedule or cancel their reservation within 30 days of their arrival. A major credit card is required for reservation and check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. Full name of guests (including children’s names) must be provided when guests make their reservation. Reservations are on a space available basis, advance booking required. Airfare, transportation and additional expenses are guests’ sole responsibility. MVCI Japan reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of these terms and conditions at any time.

Qualification:
This offer is designed for families with an annual income in excess of JPY 7,500,000. Single customers who meet the income requirement are welcome. Attendance at a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation about the Marriott Vacation Club Destination, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace vacation ownership program lasting approximately 90–120 minutes is required to qualify for this offer. Must be between 21 and 65 years of age (Spouses must both be between the age of 21 and 65), and it is a condition to attend the sales presentation with your partner (if married) to qualify for this offer. Those who have participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past 18 months are not eligible for this offer. Those who have also previously attended a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation over 3 times or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by Marriott Vacation Club International are not eligible for this offer.

If you opt to receive Marriott Bonvoy Points, the Marriott Bonvoy Points will be awarded to only one participant in your party and cannot be split. Participation in Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme is subject to the terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme.
