Package Details:
This package is sponsored and subsidized by MVCI Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (“MVCI”) as a marketing effort for Marriott Vacation Club, Asia‐Pacific vacation ownership program. Package includes accommodation for 3 days / 2 nights in a Premier Room at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach for a maximum of 2 adults and up to 2 children below 12 years of age, inclusive of breakfast for 2 adults (“Package”). Check‐ins are available from Tuesday to Saturday. A major credit card is required for check‐in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchased the Package. This Package includes room, daily breakfast for two adults and tax only unless otherwise specified. An email confirmation is required upon check‐in at the property. Reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made through the Marriott Vacation Club reservation hotline number. Reservation and amendments must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability. Additional nights may be purchased, subject to availability, at S$518 per night for Premier Room at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. Blackout dates may apply and is subject to change.

Qualification:
This Package is designed for married couples with a joint monthly income in excess of S$8,500, both aged between 28 – 65 years of age. Attendance at a sales presentation about Marriott Vacation Club, Asia‐Pacific vacation ownership program lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes is required during the accommodation period and during those hours made available by MVCI. The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery or sales preview centre for a time during the package visit except that such presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure, and is subject to the sales presentation slot availability. It is a condition of the Package that married couples attend the presentation together. If you or your spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the package which will be specified in the “Pricing” section hereafter.

Pricing:
The Package price is S$499 for a Premier Room at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach and all the applicable fees will be charged in Singapore dollars. The full retail cost of the Package is up to S$1,200 per Package and is based on current price at the time of print which is subject to change without notice. The purchase of this Package does not earn Marriott Bonvoy Points unless otherwise specified.

Expiry Date:
This offer expires 29 April 2023 and is subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months from date of purchase.

Restrictions:
This Package is limited to one per household. Group purchases or travel are not permitted. Airfare, transportation, and expenses are your sole responsibility. The Package price is non‐refundable and Package offer is non‐transferable. Confirmed reservations may only be rescheduled once. Subsequent reschedules will be subject to a fee of S$40. Cancellation, no shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in a cancellation charge of the full retail price of one night’s accommodation (up to S$600). The Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This Package is not available to employees of MVCI and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. MVCI reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of these terms and conditions. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of the offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law.
