Terms & Conditions

Credit may only be applied at check-out for designated amenity services, merchandise and food & beverage outlets that are purchased on-site and charged to your villa. Not valid for room, tax, gift cards, gratuities, charitable donations or any other items, fees or services. Credit must be activated by reservation holder at [Desk Name]. Credit may only be used during corresponding reservation occupancy and will expire at check-out. Any unused portion of the Credit shall be non-refundable and may not be transferred or applied to another reservation or future stay. Any items purchased with the Credit and properly returned during corresponding occupancy will result in a reinstatement of the appropriate amount to the Credit. Items purchased with the Credit may not be returned after check-out. If you have some Club Points remaining for the current use year but not enough to purchase the Credit, the shortfall will automatically be borrowed from a future use year. If you have no Club Points remaining for the current or future use year to purchase the Credit, then the Credit will not be issued and you will be responsible for paying all amounts charged to your villa. Additional restrictions may apply as determined by Management.
