Experience Dollars must be activated during corresponding reservation occupancy and will expire 30 days following the date of issuance.
Experience Dollars must be activated by reservation holder at [Desk Name] upon arrival at the Resort.
Experience Dollars may only be used for designated merchants and must be redeemed with designated merchants directly.
Guest named on Experience Dollars voucher(s) will be required to present valid photo identification. The name on the identification must match the name on the voucher(s).
Experience Dollars cannot be refunded or returned.
Any unactivated/unused portion of the Experience Dollars shall be nonrefundable and may not be transferred or applied to another reservation or future stay.
If you have some [points/club points] remaining for the current use year but not enough to purchase the Experience Dollars, the shortfall will automatically be borrowed from a future use year. If you have no [points/club points] remaining for the current or future use year to purchase the Experience Dollars, you will be responsible for paying the cost of the Experience Dollars.
Additional restrictions may apply as determined by Management.
Experience Dollars are not valid for room, tax, resort charges, gift cards, gratuities, charitable donations or any other items, fees or services.
Designated merchants are subject to change.
If Experience Dollars are lost or stolen, they cannot be replaced.
