Cancellation Policy

Dynamic Content based on cancel date to arrival date of the reservation:

61 or more days prior to the hotel arrival date: Club Points will be reinstated without penalty and with original expiration date.
60 to 4 days prior to the hotel arrival date: Club Points will be reinstated to Holding Account with 60-day restriction with original expiration date.
3 days or less days prior to the hotel arrival date: Club Points will be forfeit

Dynamic when borrowed: Borrowed Club Points from a future Use Year used toward a hotel reservation will be returned to their original Use Year. Cancellations 60 to 4 days prior to arrival will result in the borrowed Club Points being returned in a Holding Account within that future Use Year.
